We strive to make our booking process as hassle free as possible. In order to book us for an event, we follow these steps:

  1. We will gather all the essential information on your event.
  2. We will design the menu for your event & coordinate any other needs.
  3. Once the menu is approved you will receive a quote for our services.

To complete the booking of your event we require a  30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due at time of service.


AlexaCuisine service requests are handled on a first come first served basis. We do get quite busy quite fast, specially during summer, spring and holiday season, therefore we recommend at least a 3 week head start when booking our services.
